Business Development Manager

Castle Hall is an entrepreneurial, dynamic and fast moving company that is looking to add a Business Development Specialist to our team. This role responds to increasing demand for Castle Hall’s services. The successful candidate will be given the opportunity for personal and professional growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to inbound leads generated through Castle Hall’s business development efforts,
  including digital marketing.
• Engage with potential clients to identify their needs, the fit for Castle Hall’s services, and work to rapidly close new contracts.
• Ensure that business development activity (pipelines, call activity, lead generation etc.) is
  transparent and actively tracked to enable clear measurement of success.
• This role will involve extensive use of Hubspot, Castle Hall’s CRM platform.
• Collaborate and support other professionals within Castle Hall’s global business development
  function.
• Assist and contribute to Castle Hall’s marketing initiatives, including contributing content for the firm’s marketing collateral; provide support and ideas with respect to Castle Hall’s social media marketing campaigns; support development of other marketing content.
• Support contract discussions and prepare client specific proposals, statements of work, non disclosure agreements and similar contractual materials following Castle Hall’s templates.
• Preparation of Request For Information and Request For Proposal tender documents as required.
• Other duties as directed by business leadership to drive success.

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Computer proficiency with full MS Office Suite, Zoom and other collaboration tools.
• Polished, energetic, and professional demeanor.
• Knowledge of financial industry an asset.
• Previous experience using Hubspot or similar contact management application.
