We are pleased to confirm that we have now launched our first Covid-19 due diligence report, available free of charge.

Our DiligenceExchange Status Report allows investors to quickly survey all their managers in a portfolio and produce a portfolio wide risk heatmap. We have deliberately designed the questions – in this rapidly changing environment – to focus on key risks and be quick and easy for managers to complete.

Concurrent with the launch of the Status Report, we have prepared a detailed white paper discussing how to create a CDP – a Covid-19 Diligence Plan. The specific questions used for the Status Report are listed on page 6.

• Audited financial statement reviews – as accounts begin to be issued (we hope!) Castle Hall can review the AFS and deliver extensive analytics and risk profiling across a portfolio ($199 year one; $99 thereafter)
• OpsMonitor and OpsReview are available to support the diligence process: OpsMonitor includes analysis of all manager letters, to keep track of inbound Covid 19 communications
