Castle Hall is committed to innovation in due diligence, working to deliver industry-leading tools and resources for our clients. The next development for our firm is release of our next generation online diligence application, DiligenceHub.

Welcome to our Client Engagement Team!

As part of your upgrade to DiligenceHub, we would like to introduce you to Marice Young, Emily Boone, and Amanda Besaw. As our Client Engagement Team, they will be leading Castle Hall’s support to you and your colleagues as we transition to the DiligenceHub platform. Marice and her team will also be available to assist you with new orders, changes to your existing diligence coverage or any questions regarding our services.

Greater Efficiencies and New Features

DiligenceHub brings a range of new features and a more efficient approach to due diligence.

1. New user interface and faster app performance
2. A new landing page – offering multiple channels of diligence information
3. Streamlined navigation to move from your diligence coverage list, to information on each manager, to information on each fund and account offered by that manager
4. Integration of all Castle Hall services – OpsDiligence, RiskDiligence as well as our ESG and cyber due diligence

We are also pleased to include DiligenceExpress, Castle Hall’s comprehensive ADV analysis tool – free of charge!

1. Full integration of Form ADV information on almost 18,000 managers – and more than 65,000 funds
2. Follow managers and funds and receive email notifications whenever each ADV is updated
3. Fully comprehensive change view analysis and full archive of prior ADV filings. 

Transition

We will be transitioning clients to the new app over the coming weeks. We will notify you prior to the switchover to DiligenceHub, and will provide a full suite of help center resources to help you leverage Castle Hall’s new diligence tools.
