Client Update August 2022.

Each year, Castle Hall completes several hundred OpsReview engagements, where we conduct a detailed due diligence interview with each asset manager and produce our flagship diligence report. At the request of multiple clients, we have added a page to DiligenceHub which lists recent OpsReview engagements (those added this month, with a full list of recent engagements conducted over the prior six months given below). If you would like to purchase an existing OpsReview report to support your diligence program "off the shelf", please contact the Castle Hall Client Support Team to gain access to reports on any of the funds listed in DiligenceHub.

Existing OpsReview Reports can be purchased at a 25% discount to your normal OpsReview fee schedule, subject to a maximum fee of $7,500.

As always, Castle Hall is available to complete OpsReview on any asset manager / GP and fund entity: we do not restrict our due diligence solely to a pre existing coverage, recommended or buy list. Our client support team can assist with scheduling OpsReview interviews with other asset managers in your portfolio or pipeline as needed.

Request “Consortium” Diligence

As a further initiative, we have also had numerous requests from clients who have inquired if Castle Hall can offer lower OpsReview pricing when multiple investors commission due diligence on the same fund at the same time. This is particularly the case when private markets (PE, Real Estate, Infra etc) managers come to market with a new vintage fund, with several allocators considering an allocation and needing ODD at the same time.

If you would like to suggest a manager / GP and fund to Castle Hall, we will circulate (anonymously) to our other clients active in the asset class to determine if there is interest to form a “consortium”. Again, OpsReview reports are available at a 25% cost saving for participants in the “consortium”.
