Client Support Assistant

Castle Hall is an entrepreneurial, dynamic and fast moving company that is looking to add a Client Support Assistant to our team in Halifax. This newly created role responds to increasing demand for Castle Hall’s services.


  • Management of electronic filing system (Sharepoint)
  • Work closely with the Client Support Team to assist with the management of the Annual Financial Statement review process
  • Assist with client reporting requirements and production analytics
  • Takes ownership of the day to day office management for ordering supplies, sundry items, liaising with building management, etc
  • Assist with HR tasks
  • Manage & monitor employee timesheet compliance
  • General Support to Client Support Team
  • Proactively suggest and implement strategies to ensure an efficient workflow process
  • As business grows; train, develop & mentor additional team members


  • College diploma in a related field
  • 1-2 years related working experience
  • Experience working with MS Office and Sharepoint considered an asset
  • Experience with HubSpot or other CRM tools considered an asset
  • Ability to adjust priorities and handle time wisely in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
  • Excellent time management and attention to details
  • Strong communication skills; both written and verbal as well as the ability to work in a team
