We are currently looking for a full-stack developer, passionate about design and with an attitude for best practices and clean code. You will take part in the design and build process to deliver the next iteration of our web application. At the same time, you will help us improve our internal ERP system that allows our team of analysts to work more efficiently.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 years of professional experience with Front-End and Back-End languages and technologies
- Experience with jQuery
- Experience using a Front-End framework (React, Angular, backbone.js, ember)
- Experience using a Back-End framework (Django, Flask, Symphony, Laravel, Ruby on Rails)
- Strong knowledge of the REST approach and experience designing RESTful APIs
- Experience in writing unit and functional tests
- Familiar with the concepts and best practices of UX and UI design
- Familiar with database design and best practices
- Team player that likes to share ideas and work together to improve solutions
NICE TO HAVE:
- Your favorite Back-End language is Python
- Your favorite Front-End framework is React
- Experience in CSS styling and related technologies (SASS, LESS)
- Knowledge of automated testing framework and integration tools (Jenkins, TravisCI)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain our ERP system using jQuery and Angular.js and build new features with React
- Build high performance RESTful APIs using Django and the REST Framework
- Design components, prepare mockups and present them to the management/analysts team
- Listen to the feedback from analysts and clients and turn those into design change proposals
- Take part in stand-up meeting and technical meeting
