Anne Coady, Managing Director at Castle Hall, has been invited by Amherst Capital Management to attend a seminar on Opportunities in U.S. Real Estate.
A confluence of regulatory changes and shifting demographic preferences have created unique investment opportunities in the post-crisis real estate capital markets. The seminar will start off with an introduction to the: State of the U.S. real estate market and the current opportunity set and then will focus on “Transitional Lending – the sweet spot in CRE investing” and "U.S. Single Family Rentals - an emerging institutional asset class".
The seminar will be hosted by Amherst Capital Management, the Abu Dhabi Global Market and BNY Mellon.
