Senior Client Engagement Specialist

Castle Hall is an entrepreneurial, dynamic and fast moving company that is looking to add a Senior Client Engagement Specialist to our team. This role will be an important contributor to the greater diligence admin team; responsible for ensuring exceptional and seamless execution of our service and product offerings.


  • Coordinate ongoing workload and enter new diligence engagements
  • Validate service delivery meets client expectations in terms of timeline, quality and completeness of information.
  • Ensure client facing portal is accurate
  • Manage OpsMonitor engagement rollover, annually
  • Assist in coordinating new orders from existing clients
  • Assist in new client onboarding process
  • Liase with FS team to report on progress towards client deadlines
  • Coordinate FS billing requirements
  • Other Ad hoc projects as required


  • 1-3 Years Experience in a similar role
  • College diploma in related field
  • Strong work ethic with professional integrity and a positive, proactive attitude
  • Pragmatic, solutions orientated mindset
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Computer proficiency with full MS Office Suite, with strong excel skills
  • Polished, energetic, and professional demeanor
  • Knowledge of financial industry an asset 
  • Experience in a similar role an asset
  • Experience with Hubspot considered an asset
