Service Delivery and Production Specialist

Castle Hall is an entrepreneurial, dynamic and fast moving company that is looking to add a Service Delivery and Production Specialist reporting directly to our Head of Client Support, in our Halifax Office. This newly created role responds to increasing demand for Castle Hall’s services.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create and oversee production capacity forecasts to ensure internal and client specified deadlines are met
• Proactively suggest and implement strategies to ensure an efficient workflow process
• Responsible to ensure all teams successfully meet goals; investigates, deals with and tracks discrepancies across multiple teams, including but not limited to, timesheets, KPIs and performance management analysis
• Hold team members of all seniority accountable for production KPIs and deliver feedback to Head of Client Support
• Work closely with leadership in all offices including our Manila office on the management and creation of reports as well as resource management
• Ensure production process deadlines and timelines are followed
• Determine, isolate and implement changes to production process inefficiencies
• Ensure Castle Hall’s propriety software is being used to the best of its abilities, provides suggestions and implementation of new characteristics & features
• As business grows; train, develop & mentor additional team members

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• College diploma or University degree in a related field
• 5-7 years related working experience
• Experience working in a production environment considered an asset
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications
• Experience with HubSpot or other CRM software
• Embraces technology and can easily learn new software
• Ability to adjust priorities and handle time wisely in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative working relationships
• Strong logical analysis and problem solving skills
• Excellent time management and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills; both written and verbal as well as the ability to work in a team
