Castle Hall Diligence to receive International Financial Center accreditation to support the firm’s ongoing expansion.

Oct 20, 2015 10:42:00 AM

Castle Hall, the two-time winner of "Best Global Due Diligence Firm" in the Alternative Investment Awards, is proud to announce that the firm will shortly receive the status of IFC (accredited Montreal International Financial Center).  The IFC program, overseen by Finance Montréal, supports the development of international financial services companies in Montréal.

As global asset owners increase their governance, risk and compliance scrutiny of external asset managers, OpsDiligence, Castle Hall’s multi asset class due diligence solution, is growing rapidly”, said Chris Addy, Castle Hall’s CEO.  “Against this backdrop, we are delighted to move forward with our application to become an IFC, and thank the entire Finance Montréal team for their support during our application. Within the eligibility of the IFC, Castle Hall’s team conducts due diligence monitoring, verification and review from our offices in Montréal.”

We are pleased to welcome Castle Hall to the IFC family and benefit from the advantages Montréal offers as a strategic city to conduct international financial transactions. We wish Castle Hall the best of success to grow the business locally and abroad while adding its footprint to the vibrant financial ecosystem present in Montréal” said Mario Albert, Chief Executive Officer of Finance Montréal.

To celebrate this announcement, Castle Hall is pleased to host a reception on October 20, 2015 to bring together Montréal’s financial community at the firm’s new offices in central Montréal.
